It's liquid sunshine, a product of Nature's ingenious food web that uses energy from sunshine to combine water & carbon dioxide into a digestible sugary food source. It's sweet, between 8% & 50% sugar, Coke is 10% for reference. Unlike Coke, it is infused with healthy vitamins, oils, & amino acids.$
